Both. Students use the Personal Learning Coach, teachers use the Teacher AI Workspace, and institutions use the Academic Intelligence OS. These are not separate products; they are different views of the same learning and academic intelligence infrastructure.

You can create quizzes and flashcards from your uploaded material or study content. Reuse them according to your plan; monthly creation limits depend on your plan.

It helps organize daily and weekly goals, plan study time around your exam goal, and track progress.

The Personal Learning Coach combines learning signals such as quizzes, flashcards, topic mastery, review activity and exam goals to help you see more clearly what to study and which topic to prioritize.

When enough learning data exists, Studyula uses topic levels, confidence, review needs and current goals to prioritize topics and suggest study time. When data is limited, it does not pretend to have certainty.

Measurable signals such as quizzes and flashcards are combined by topic. Studyula looks not only at an overall score but also at performance and the amount of evidence for that topic.

During registration and onboarding, or later in your profile/study plan, you can choose your target exam, track, and date.

Yes. Once you set a target date, the dashboard can show time remaining and weekly study goals.

Performance rate is calculated from measurable academic outcomes such as quizzes, assignments, assessments, and exams. Time spent in the app alone is not treated as a performance score.

Studyula does not invent scores. When there is not enough academic data, it shows “Insufficient data” for that area.

Institution administrators can manage students, classes, subjects, teachers, and counseling, as well as Smart Timetable, Risk Center, attendance, duty scheduling, support sessions, school calendar, teacher workload, and e-Okul/Excel import from the same platform.

Studyula already knows teachers, subjects, classes, and weekly loads. The school leader simply writes a special request in natural language; the system turns it into rules and solves the timetable.

No. Studyula does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. Security controls are part of product development; independent audit and certification needs will be evaluated as scale and market requirements evolve.

Data access is restricted by role and permission rules. In institutional accounts, users can access only the data they are authorized to view.

No. Studyula AI supports the learner's study process; it does not replace decisions made by teachers, counselors, or institutions.

Ending an institutional membership does not automatically delete your personal Studyula account; your personal account can continue on the Free plan.
