KVKK Privacy Notice (Türkiye)
This notice explains how Studyula processes personal data in Türkiye and the rights available under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Studyula aims to process account, learning, academic and institution data only to the extent needed to deliver the service, protect security, meet legal obligations and support authorized educational workflows.
1. Scope
This notice is intended for Studyula users, institution administrators, teachers, counselors and authorized education users in Türkiye. In institution-managed use, controller/processor roles may also be defined by the institution agreement and the specific processing context.
2. Controller and contact
Studyula is provided under the Studyula brand through studyula.com. Privacy requests may be sent to support@studyula.com. Formal trade-name, address and contract-party details are stated in applicable institution or billing documents; this page does not replace a signed institution-specific agreement.
3. Categories of data
Depending on the feature used, Studyula may process account and identity data, contact information, login/security records, legal-consent records, uploaded learning materials, quiz/assignment results, progress and mastery data, institution membership/role/class data, attendance and support records, subscription status, notifications and privacy requests.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
Data may be processed to operate accounts and institution services, provide education features, enforce roles and permissions, create academic analysis and support workflows, administer subscriptions, protect security, respond to requests and comply with law, relying on legal grounds available under KVKK such as contract performance, legal obligation, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interest and consent where required.
5. Sharing and service providers
Data may be shared only as needed with hosting/infrastructure, AI/model, email/notification and payment providers, authorized institution users and legally competent authorities. Current provider categories are described on the Subprocessors page. Applicable rules are considered for international transfers.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained for the service purpose and applicable legal/security periods. Studyula uses role-based access, tenant isolation, secure sessions, encrypted network communication, security logs, backups and operational monitoring.
7. Rights under KVKK
Subject to legal conditions, rights under Article 11 may include learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning the processing purpose and recipients, correction, deletion/destruction, objection in applicable cases and compensation where statutory conditions are met. The Studyula Data Rights Center can be used for export and deletion requests.
