Refund Policy
This policy explains how Studyula evaluates paid plans, cancellation, withdrawal rights, payment errors, and full or partial refund requests.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
The Free plan has no subscription charge. Refund rights for paid Studyula plans depend on the purchase terms shown at checkout, whether the service has been used, the payment method, mandatory consumer law and any valid exception to a withdrawal right. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.
1. Scope
This policy provides the general framework for individual paid Studyula plans and payments made directly to Studyula by institutions. A separately signed institution proposal, order form or commercial agreement may contain specific payment and refund terms, subject to mandatory law.
2. Free plan
Studyula does not charge a subscription fee for the Free plan, so there is no Free-plan subscription payment to refund. The Free plan is intended to let users evaluate the service before buying additional capacity.
3. Paid individual plans
Studyula may offer monthly or annual paid plans such as Pro. Current price, billing interval, payment method and any renewal terms are shown on the pricing or checkout screen before purchase.
4. Consumer withdrawal rights in Türkiye
For distance service contracts with consumers in Türkiye, a 14-day withdrawal right may generally apply where the statutory conditions are met. However, Turkish law includes exceptions, including certain electronically supplied services and services begun before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer’s required consent. The exact right therefore depends on the transaction and mandatory law.
5. Users in other countries
If mandatory consumer law in your country grants broader cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights, those mandatory rights remain available to the extent applicable.
6. Common situations in which a refund may be considered
A refund or payment correction may be considered for duplicate charging, an incorrect amount, payment without activation that cannot be remedied, a valid statutory withdrawal, a verified Studyula or payment-provider error, or a material paid feature failure for which a reasonable remedy cannot be provided.
7. Situations that do not usually create an automatic refund
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, changing your mind after an applicable withdrawal exception, substantially using paid capacity, consuming usage quotas, losing access because of a serious policy violation, device or connectivity problems on the user side, or simply no longer needing Studyula does not by itself guarantee a refund.
8. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe the same purchase was charged twice or the amount was wrong, contact support@studyula.com. Once verified, the incorrect amount can be refunded or otherwise corrected.
9. Suspected unauthorized payment
If a payment method was used without authorization, contact your bank or payment provider and Studyula as soon as possible. We may temporarily limit payment or account access during a security review. Never send a full card number, CVV, banking password or one-time authentication code to Studyula support.
10. How to request a refund
Send the request to support@studyula.com and include, where available, the Studyula account email, transaction date, amount and currency, payment reference, and a brief explanation. Do not send sensitive card credentials.
11. Refund review process
We may review the payment record, plan status, activation, relevant usage, checkout disclosures and applicable consumer law. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify the request.
12. Full and partial refunds
An approved request may result in a full refund or, where appropriate and lawful, a partial refund. A partial refund can be used when only part of a charge is affected or the applicable agreement or law supports it.
13. Returning a refund to the payment method
Where technically possible and legally appropriate, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank, card network or payment-provider processing times can delay when the refunded amount appears in the recipient account.
14. Paid access after a refund
A full refund may end, suspend or downgrade the related Pro or institution entitlement. For a partial refund, remaining access depends on the reason for the refund and the applicable plan or agreement.
15. Subscription cancellation
If a paid plan is offered with automatic renewal, that information is shown before purchase. Cancellation generally stops future renewal or future-period access; it does not automatically reverse charges from an already paid period.
16. Institution and Enterprise agreements
Institution plans may be priced and contracted based on seats, term, capacity and specific requirements. When a signed institution agreement contains payment, cancellation or refund rules, those commercial terms apply subject to mandatory law.
17. Bank transfer / EFT
Institution payments may use bank transfer or EFT. Wrong amounts, references or duplicate transfers can be reviewed against financial records. Additional verification may be requested before returning funds to the proper payer.
18. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a chargeback or bank dispute is already open for the same transaction, a parallel refund request may be paused while the payment provider process is resolved. Paid access may be restricted during fraud or abuse review where reasonably necessary.
19. Tax and invoice processing
When a refund is approved, applicable tax or accounting rules may require a cancellation document, refund invoice, credit note or similar adjustment.
20. Policy updates
We may update this policy when payment providers, Studyula plans or consumer law change. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected, and the purchase terms shown for the relevant transaction remain important.
