STUDYULA • SAFE USE

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using Studyula safely, lawfully and for learning-focused purposes across individual and institutional accounts.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Summary

You may use Studyula to learn, teach, organize study materials and support education. You may not use it to harm others, evade academic rules, access data without permission, bypass security or usage limits, generate unlawful content, or endanger minors.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all Studyula users, accounts, AI tools, uploaded materials, institution features, reports, APIs and other service functions. It supplements the Terms of Use.

2. Learning and educational purpose

Use Studyula in ways that support genuine learning, teaching, planning, assessment, guidance and authorized institution administration. Educational context does not excuse conduct that is unlawful, unsafe or outside your permissions.

3. Academic integrity

Do not use Studyula to cheat in exams or protected assessments, impersonate a learner, obtain answers where assistance is prohibited, or submit AI-generated work in a way that violates school, course or examination rules.

4. Responsible use of AI

AI tools may assist with explanations, practice, drafting and review, but you remain responsible for how outputs are used. Do not deliberately prompt the system to facilitate harmful, unlawful, deceptive or policy-violating activity.

5. Child and student safety

Any use involving sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexual coercion, threats, blackmail, unsafe contact, or other conduct that endangers a child is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate protective action.

6. Harassment, threats and hateful content

Do not use Studyula to harass, threaten, humiliate, stalk, blackmail or target people, or to promote hateful abuse against protected groups. Legitimate educational discussion of difficult topics must not become targeted abuse.

7. Privacy and personal data

Access only information you are authorized to use. Do not expose private student information, collect data for unrelated surveillance, reuse institution data for unauthorized purposes, or attempt to access another user’s account or materials.

8. User content and intellectual property

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not use Studyula to distribute pirated materials, remove rights notices, or systematically reproduce protected content in violation of law.

9. Account sharing and impersonation

Do not share credentials in a way that defeats account controls, sell access, impersonate another person, or create deceptive identities to gain permissions or benefits.

10. Bypassing security controls

Do not circumvent authentication, role permissions, rate limits, quotas, payment controls, safety mechanisms or other technical restrictions. Attempts to discover or exploit unauthorized access paths are prohibited.

11. Automation, bots and scraping

Automated access must not overload the service, bypass limits, harvest personal data or reproduce substantial protected content. Any officially supported automation must follow the permissions and limits provided for it.

12. Disrupting the service

Do not launch denial-of-service activity, brute-force attempts, malicious uploads, malware distribution, destructive testing or other conduct that interferes with Studyula, its providers or other users.

13. If you discover a security issue

Do not exploit a vulnerability to obtain data, persistence or broader access. Stop testing beyond what is necessary to identify the issue and report it to support@studyula.com with enough detail for us to investigate safely.

14. Institution, teacher and counselor accounts

Institution staff must use student and institutional data only within assigned duties and permissions. A role that technically permits access does not authorize personal curiosity, unrelated monitoring or disclosure outside the institution’s legitimate educational purpose.

15. Illegal and harmful activity

Studyula may not be used for fraud, exploitation, unauthorized access, malicious code, illegal trade, serious violence facilitation, rights infringement or other unlawful activity. Mandatory reporting or preservation obligations may apply in serious cases.

16. How violations are handled

Depending on severity, context and risk, Studyula may warn a user, limit a feature, revoke a role, suspend an account, terminate access, preserve relevant records where lawful, or cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

17. If you believe an action was wrong

If you believe your account or feature was restricted in error, contact support@studyula.com and provide enough information to review the decision. Review does not guarantee that a restriction will be reversed.

18. Policy updates

We may update this policy as Studyula features, risks, safety standards or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.

19. Contact

Questions, safety reports and security concerns can be sent to support@studyula.com.
