These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you create a Studyula account or use Studyula services.

Studyula provides AI-assisted personal learning and education-technology services for learners in Grade 5 and above. You may upload your own materials, study with the AI Assistant, create quizzes and flashcards, and use planning and progress tools. You must use the service lawfully, responsibly and consistently with academic integrity.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account, accepting these Terms during registration, or using Studyula, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. The Studyula service
Studyula offers personal and institutional learning tools including document-based study, AI assistance, quizzes, flashcards, assignments, study plans, progress analytics, institution management, reports and related features. Features can change as the product evolves.
3. Age requirement
Studyula’s individual learner experience is designed for Grade 5 and above. Parent or guardian consent or additional safeguards may apply to minor learners depending on local law and the feature used. Users must provide accurate birth-date and education information.
4. Account creation and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and session, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Plans and usage limits
Studyula may offer Free, Pro, institution and other plans with different storage, AI, quiz, document or feature limits. Current limits may be shown in the product, pricing page or applicable institution agreement. Attempts to bypass quotas or technical limits are prohibited.
6. Paid plans, payments and subscriptions
Paid-plan price, billing period, renewal terms and payment method are shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment infrastructure. Failed, reversed or disputed payments can affect paid access subject to applicable law.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the purchase terms and mandatory consumer law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically mean a previously paid charge is refundable. The Refund Policy explains the general Studyula approach without limiting non-waivable legal rights.
8. User content and uploaded materials
You keep ownership of materials, notes and other content you lawfully upload or create. You grant Studyula only the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform and transmit that content to provide the requested service. You must have the rights or permission needed to use the content you upload.
9. AI features
AI responses are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, omissions or outdated information. Studyula may also create personalized or adaptive study recommendations from measurable learning signals. Those recommendations are guidance, not mandatory decisions made in place of the learner, teacher or institution. Studyula does not guarantee that an AI output is correct or suitable for every academic purpose. Users should verify important information and use AI as a learning aid rather than an unquestioned authority.
10. Academic integrity
Studyula is designed to support understanding and practice. You may not use it to impersonate another person, cheat in a protected assessment, submit prohibited AI-generated work as your own, or otherwise violate the academic rules that apply to you.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use Studyula for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, child exploitation, malicious code, unauthorized access, security bypass, scraping that disrupts the service, fraud, infringement, or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Institution accounts and roles
Institution owners and administrators manage authorized memberships and roles. Teachers, counselors and other staff may use only the permissions assigned to them. Institution access does not transfer ownership of a learner’s personal account to the institution.
13. Parent and guardian access
Parent or guardian access requires an authorized relationship and the permissions provided by Studyula. It does not automatically provide unrestricted access to all learner content or to other students’ information.
14. Studyula intellectual property
The Studyula name, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, service logic and other Studyula-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to use the service, no ownership rights are transferred to users.
15. Availability and service changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, outages, provider failures, security incidents or product changes can temporarily affect availability. Features may be added, changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and paid commitments.
16. Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, serious or repeated policy violations, non-payment, legal compliance, protection of users, or protection of the service. Where appropriate, users may be given notice or an opportunity to seek review.
17. Warranty and liability limits
Studyula is a learning-support technology and is not a substitute for teachers, official curriculum sources or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Privacy and personal data
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Studyula, you should also review the Cookie Policy, Grade 5+ Usage Policy and Child Safety Policy where relevant.
19. Third-party services and links
Studyula may rely on or link to third-party infrastructure, AI, payment, email or other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Studyula is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond obligations imposed by law or contract.
20. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, law or business model changes. Material changes may be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel, and a new acceptance may be requested where appropriate.
21. Governing law and disputes
For services operated from Türkiye, Turkish law may apply subject to mandatory conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules that provide a different result. Mandatory rights and competent consumer authorities or courts remain available where the law requires them.
